We present to your attention another version of penetration skins, the purpose of which is to increase your chances of setting fire to an enemy tank or blowing up its ammunition rack.
Standard tank textures imitate the armor of real combat vehicles; you can’t guess from them what exactly is underneath the surface. In a pure client, without mods or penetration skins, a fire or explosion of the enemy is the player’s experience or an accident. But, regardless of the reason, this game event has a huge impact on the outcome of the battle - the enemy tank is completely destroyed or receives significant damage to its internal modules and loses strength points.
Penetration skins make this event less random. You get the opportunity to target specific vulnerable areas. When you penetrate, you damage internal modules and, with some probability, cause critical damage. In the case of the engine or fuel tanks, the enemy tank catches fire and loses a certain percentage of hit points every second. In the case of ammunition, critical damage causes an explosion and the tank's HP is reset to zero.
This mod marks the penetration zones of only the engine, fuel tanks and ammunition racks with intuitive icons. This distinguishes it, for example, from, in which all internal modules, as well as crew members, are designated.
These textures refer to the penetration icon skins. The screenshots below show bright icons that are clearly visible on the tank’s armor and are convenient for targeting.
In this version of the textures, it is not very clear where the vulnerable zone ends, but, for example, it is clearly visible that the stern of the MT-25 is one continuous fire.
Not all tanks have been added to the skin pack - for example, there are no low-level ones, for which it doesn’t really matter whether they are destroyed by an explosion or simply shot. To see which combat vehicles have penetration textures, just go to the “vehicles” folder and select the folder with the name of the nation you are interested in.
Main features of the cheat:
Capturing the nearest enemy within a given radius and behind an obstacle;
aiming lead in front of a moving enemy;
- automatic switching of aiming points, when the specified one is unavailable and one of the others is available (bottom, body, turret); also locks onto the target when you press the right mouse button.
disabling anticipation closer than a specified distance;
capturing an arbitrary point on an enemy tank;
tracking the target after disappearing from the light;
flexible mod settings that allow you to customize modes, parameters and labels
Instructions for installing the cheat:
1 download the archive with the cheat and unpack it
2 in the archive you will see the res_mods folder
Place the res_mods folder in the World_of_Tanks folder
(slider Control keys|closed)
This cheat modification, called “Pyro,” was created to make it easier to target fuel tanks and engines of enemy tanks. Using this cheat, setting enemy vehicles on fire will become much easier. The first presented mod appeared not so long ago, but it is already quite popular among cheaters, as it has proven itself well.
To enable or disable the modification, you need to use the R key. With standard settings, cruise control is installed on this button, so you should specify a different key for it in the tank simulator options.

This mod, like many others, is on the banned list, so your game account may be banned for it. The creators of the modification recommend not posting screenshots and videos demonstrating the operation of the mod on the Internet. Thanks to this, you can reduce the chances of getting blocked.
In order to install the Pyro cheat, you will need to download the archive and extract the scripts folder from it to the following path: /WoT/res_mods/[update folder], confirming the replacement. Then you can go into the game and try out the modification in action.

ATTENTION!!! Before installing the modpack, do not forget to exit World of Tanks, otherwise the modpack will not install correctly! Please also note that the installer will remove previous mods installed in the res_mods folder. This is necessary to avoid conflicts with other mods that have not been tested in our build.

IMPORTANT Explanations about the modpack:
If your computer is low-power, then do not install the full set of mods. Install selectively only the necessary mods, and not the entire set.
Testing the modpack showed 90-118 fps on a computer with a Core i5 processor, SSD hard drive and 8 GB of RAM.
Therefore, if you have more modest indicators, the speed of the game may slow down.
If you have a similar or more powerful computer, but the game still slows down, then these lags are not due to mods, but for other reasons.
This could be a low-speed Internet connection, outdated hardware drivers, or unstable software of your operating system.
