Who called now paid megaphone. All about the Megafon service “Always in touch”

If you often travel and are not always in an area with a stable network signal, or sometimes you simply forget to charge your phone on time, you may miss an important call. In order to always be aware of missed incoming calls in such cases, Megafon has created the “Who Called +” service, which, once connected, will not only notify the subscriber about missed calls, but will also allow the calling user to leave a voice message.

A subscriber may miss an incoming call in the following cases: at the time of the incoming call he was outside the range of the cellular network, during the incoming call the subscriber was talking to another person, or the phone was simply turned off.

A user who has activated the service from the Megafon operator “Who called +” receives an SMS notification that they wanted to contact him at a time when his number was unavailable. The message will also contain information about the number of missed calls and the time they arrived. And the caller, if desired, can convey important information in a voice message.

The “Who Called Plus” service can be activated free of charge; the subscription fee depends on the region of connection. For example, for Moscow it leaves 1.2 rubles per day, and for St. Petersburg – 1.5 rubles.

If you are a user of the “All Inclusive” tariff plan, then under the promotion valid until the end of August 2017, the “Who called +” service is provided completely free of charge.

If the user left you a voice message, you will also learn about this in an SMS notification. While in your home region, you can listen to an incoming voice message for free by calling 0525 or +7-922-200-05-25. In roaming, charging occurs according to the tariff conditions. The subscriber has 24 hours to listen to voicemail messages, after which they are automatically deleted, even if they were not listened to. The user can listen to no more than 10 recent incoming messages.

How to activate the “Who called+” service?

For most tariffs, the “Who Called+” service is included in the list of standard options; the connection is carried out automatically when switching to a tariff plan. If it was disabled, you can reconnect it in the following ways:

  • using the USSD command *581# call;
  • by sending an SMS with any text to the number 000581.

You can also activate the option in your Megafon personal account or mobile application.

When calling subscribers of other cellular networks, you will find the “I called+” service useful. The called party will know about your call, even if you do not have enough money for the conversation.

How to disable the “Who called+” service on Megafon?

For the option, connecting and disconnecting is carried out using the same commands. If the subscriber does not agree to pay a subscription fee for the “Who Called +” service, then he can disable it using the USSD command *581#, calling the service department 0500 or using the Personal Account.

Megafon option “They called me S”

An alternative to the “Who called+” option is the free service “They called me S”. It is automatically activated on all tariffs that do not provide the “Who Called Plus” option as a basic option, as well as when you independently disable the “Who Called +” service.

Please note that the service is not intended for corporate tariffs, as well as tariff plans for the Internet - it will not be possible to connect to them.

This option differs from the “Who called +” service in that it provides the subscriber only with an SMS notification of a missed call; the calling subscriber cannot leave a voice message.

By default, all Megafon tariffs offer a free “I’m online” service, which will inform the caller that you are online again if your phone was turned off or was out of network coverage during the call.

To always be aware of missed incoming calls, Megafon has created the “Who Called +” service, which, once connected, will notify the subscriber about missed calls.

It also allows the calling user to leave a voice message.

What is the “Who called” service?

Here are the cases in which the service works:

  1. If you were talking to your interlocutor while the other party was trying to call, immediately after the end of the conversation you will receive a text message with information about the call.
  2. If you experience communication difficulties due to network instability, you will receive notifications as soon as communication returns to normal.
  3. When the phone is turned off, you will receive text messages with information about the attempts of the interlocutors to call after turning on the device.

Then after turning on the phone or when communication improves, the user will receive a message about missed calls. In addition, the caller can leave a voice message. And you can listen to it for free.

The notification will be sent to you in the form of SMS with information about how many calls were made, what time the last one was, and the caller’s phone number will also be indicated. By dialing 0525, you can listen to the last 10 messages that were sent no more than 24 hours ago.

Customers who cannot view text messages for various reasons can listen to the information in the form of a voice message, for which they only need to call 0525.
