How to get a card

"Honorary Client Card"– a plastic or virtual card of a retail chain with a unique number and/or barcode that is used to identify a participant in the program. The Honorary Customer Card is presented and valid in the retail chain in 2 (two) versions:

"A plastic card"— issued to the buyer when making a purchase in a retail chain and filling out a bonus program participant form.

"Virtual card"— assigned to the buyer when placing an order in an online store and/or filling out an online form, provided that the buyer agreed to receive a virtual bonus card and become a member of the bonus program.

The procedure for calculating bonuses

Bonuses are awarded for purchases in the re:Store trading network upon presentation of a plastic card/electronic duplicate of the card or if there is a confirmation code received as an SMS message to the mobile phone number specified in the bonus program participant’s application form.

The bonus is accrued at the rate of 1 ruble = 1 bonus.

Each purchase made is counted on the card balance. Bonuses are accrued according to the accrual percentage that was achieved with the completion of this purchase.

Bonuses are credited to the card inactive, bonuses are activated on the 15th day after the day of making a purchase in the retail chain.

Make purchases 7 days before and within 7 days after your birthday in retail stores and receive it on your card double bonuses. Double bonuses are awarded if the client's date of birth is available in the database at the time of purchase.

Bonuses have a limited validity period - 2 (two) calendar years from the date of accrual. Bonuses not used to pay for purchases within two years are canceled from the honorary customer card.

The procedure for writing off bonuses

Bonuses are used to partially pay for purchases in retail stores of the trading network and in the online store www.re-store.ru. In the online store www.re-store.ru, bonuses for partial payment of an order are written off only when you select the payment method “Online payment”. If you choose the “Cash upon receipt” or “Bank card upon receipt” payment method for your order, bonuses cannot be written off.

Bonuses are written off only upon presentation of an honorary customer card or an electronic duplicate of the card at the store’s cash desk or if there is a confirmation code received as an SMS message to the mobile phone number specified in the bonus program participant’s application form.

Bonuses can be used to pay up to 5% of the cost of iPad, quadcopters and accessories for them, video recorders, action cameras, GoPro cameras, stabilizers, Apple AirPods wireless headphones, up to 3% of the cost of iPhone and Apple Watch, up to 7% of the cost of Mac and up to 10% of the cost of other goods.

Bonuses cannot be credited or debited when making advance payments, replenishing the balance of mobile operators, purchasing goods that are subject to special offers and/or promotions (unless otherwise stated in the terms of the promotion), Bork products, gift cards, iTunes cards, subscriptions Amediateka, Okko subscriptions, as well as when paying for delivery services.
